These items/services are not provided by or in the control of HeavyWeight Promotions. Please read the following information carefully:
Order forms for each item/service will be mailed to all exhibitors with instructions and deadlines. These forms may also be picked up off the show's website at www.PaducahBoatShow.com
Any signs or banners that exhibitors wish to have hung from above their booth space, may NOT be hung by exhibitor due to the venue insurance guidelines. This service must be pre-arranged and hired done by the Riverfront EXPO Convention Center no later than two weeks prior to show dates. Payment must also be received prior to the two-week-from-date deadline.
Electrical or phone line needs must be pre-arranged and pre-paid to the Riverfront Convention Center no later than two weeks prior to show dates.
ACCESSORIES
Tables, chairs, and table skirting will be purchased through the contracted decorating company. Instructions and deadlines will be on order form in the collective form mailing.
MOVE-IN
Wednesday, January 24 and Thursday, January 25, 2007.
Time schedules will be mailed to individual exhibitors.
MOVE-OUT
Sunday, January 28, 2007.
